"I had a really nice doctor by the name of Brandon who knew exactly how to treat The injury that I sustained made me feel very comfortable and I actually felt a lot better when I got home because I actually knew more than I did before I came in the office based on how to treat my injury."

"I have been to many physical therapy places; none of them compare to the excellent work done by the staff at the Leisure World facility. My main workouts were done by Lionel, who is terrific. The exercises and routines got me back in shape from when I started after major surgery. So Kudos to one and all at CAM in Leisure World/Silver Spring location."

It was my first time with Maurine and I was extremely satisfied with her warm, caring personality and the care that she rendered. While Maurine is very professional and friendly she goes the extra mile to discuss in detail my condition(s) and added some very helpful new exercises to my regimen. I am totally pleased with Maurine and I appreciate wealth of knowledge and quality of the care she provides. Thanks also to Brandon for the assistance he provides to the office; his welcoming smile makes it a little easier for me to get started (especially in the morning, I'm not a morning person🤭). "Just at 5 weeks post op for an S. I. Joint fusion with implants, I was able to get into CAM Physical Therapy Services in 1 day! The entire staff from check-in, to physician, to therapy provided the absolute best care I've ever had in a Physical Therapy environment. Dr. Martinez took time to fully assess my entire pain history, including all conditions; both instructed and walked me through my first 3 exercises, designing a plan for recovery unique to my specific needs. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!"

"I cannot say enough good things about CAM Physical Therapy. They truly care about your injury and making sure you are progressing. The quality of care is exceptional. It is such a positive environment, and they continuously push you to get better! They make sure that your form is good and always check up on how an exercise makes your injury feel. I started coming to the Hyattsville location post ACL and meniscus surgery. They are extremely knowledgeable and always answer my questions in great detail. "This is the kind of PT service that I wish I had years ago. You have a dedicated professional who gets to know you, what your limitations are and what you can achieve. "After pregnancy, 14 hours of labor and emergency c-section, I wasn’t able to sit on my tailbone and started having worst sore back that it was difficult for me to go back to household chores and other stuff. My doctor referred me to go to a physical therapist. I was spectacle that all my pains are because of epidural (most common myth). I was very active during my pregnancy so it wasn’t making sense to me that my muscles need strength training. Special thanks to Anu Aluvathingal and Breana Jackson who took care of my like a family and made me that energetic person I was before pregnancy. After end of one month I was from 10% to 60% and after two months I was fit and fine like before. I can say “Cam physical therapy makes you hero from zero.” You guys are the best. :)"

"Listen, Dr. Martinez (owner) is AMAZING , very humble, great bed side manners, & took immediate action when I had concerns with a cust service rep Leslie who was RUDE to me on a call. Im so happy I did not base my decision with this business on her behavior. BTW let me not forget to mention, Dr Martinez checked on me personally the next day, to make sure I was doing good after my 1st treatment.. I thought that was so amazing.. We need more professionals & Dr.’s that care about their patients like this. Moreover. I initially spoke with Dr. Gabby (Director) prior to scheduling my 1st appointment and could tell from our call that she cares about her patients which is why I initially decided to proceed with this business & I must say she is everything I thought of and all the good that is said about her.. Its only been my 1st week so far but I could not be happier and theres been so much improvement in just one week in my knee that just a week ago I needed 2 crutches for .. Im Grateful to God I found this place & trust me when I say, Ive been to many prior (ATI, Pivot, etc.) that dsnt compare to the 1 on 1 service, attention to detail, & service that the Dr.’s here offer. "Honestly everyone at this office is so attentive and cares so much about getting you to feel 100% All the staff pays such close attention to detail when caring for you. If you’re changing positions to the next exercise, they all have such a watchful eye of what you need and how they can assist you before you even have to move. "I've been going to CAM for 5 months now and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. Nicole is very thorough and explains terminology in layman's terms, which is extremely helpful. I trust that she has my body's best interest at heart, which is hard to find with any doctor these days. I've had leg pain, it went away with physical therapy and were working on my back now and the pain is beginning to lessen! She and George are very professional, pleasant, have a great bedside manner, and are always willing to serve myself and others - along with the other therapists. I can tell they really love their job and enjoy benefiting others while aiding them to their best physical health. With all these wonderful qualities, it's the cherry on top that they are mostly physical therapists of color there, which from what I've heard, is few and far between - so I love to see it! I highly recommend them!"

"I am forever grateful that I went to CAM Physical Therapy. I would recommend this place to anyone I meet. Before CAM Physical therapy, I had been in pain for a year and a half and I had been to 2 other physical therapist who never saw the full picture of my symptoms. "My experience with CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services both in Bowie and Glenn Dale under the tutelage of Nicki Arrington has been some of the most successful physical therapy I have been a part of in the last 20+ years. After approximately 8 weeks of rather intensive PT on my right shoulder, neck, elbow for extreme pain, today I signed out with no pain in either of those areas to speak of. My balance and vertigo were also issues. These areas, too, have improved significantly. Nicki, the Lead physical therapists along with her assistant McGill, were my primary care givers. They were tough but thorough, and they both gave me the kind of workouts that achieved the best results. Thank you Nicki and McGill and the rest of the Bowie CAM staff. I highly recommend you."

For the past six months I have been treated for major shoulder and lower back surgery (on going therapy for major lower back surgery). Besides that everyone is so friendly and conversations go in all directions. They make the time enjoyable and time goes so fast you don't want to leave. My back hurt when I walked to long or sat to long and Sunday was a real test. My 20yr old granddaughter had a stopover at BWI and had 2 bid hard suitcases over 60lb each and 2 big duffle bags almost 200lb together. She's in the Air Force being sent to Turkey. I pulled one of the bags as we went thru the airport and I kept up with her with no pain. One of my best days for both reasons. By the way I'm 70. Thank you all Kathy"

"I had been having severe back pain off and on for over 20 years. I've been to physical therapy for 1 year around 2013. They would adjust my back, I would do exercises, and receive stem treatment. I knew I was off-centered, thought it was scoliosis. It was not until I came to CAM when I found out exactly what was wrong. I had one leg shorter than the other. This was causing me to have pains in my legs and in my back, because I was putting pressure on one side of my body. This was also causing me to have weak hips, also causing pain. I had no idea I have one leg shorter than than the other. I had no idea that that's why I was having leg pains throughout my adult life. I also found out I had arthritis in my back. Just in that short period of time with CAM I found out so much about my body and my pain. You can't fix arthritis, however I was told how I can control it. You can't fix one leg shorter than the other, however CAM showed me how to manage the pain with exercise and they told me how I could live with one leg shorter than the other....add a lift to my shoe. 😁😁 This will even out my hips. I have felt so much better and I feel even better knowing that I can have a pain-free future. Thank you CAM family. BTW, The Laurel location has the best front desk clerk in a doctor's office that I have ever met."

"I am receiving such tender loving care by the Therapists at the CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services, LLC. In just five treatments, along with my recommended home exercises, my tight muscles in my shoulders and neck have loosen up and I’m feeling very little pain. I’m sure by the time my full treatments are completed I will leave the CAM clinic with no pain and assigned physical exercises to manage any future pain. Dr. Carrington and staff in the Bowie and Glenn Dale offices knows just the right physical exercises and massages needed to relax sore tight muscles. "I went in with back pain that I've had for years. Drs have given me pills and I've had tests done but no one could figure out why I had so much pain. I've been going to CAM for about a month now and already there is great improvement! MJ is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. "Where does one begin? I am a repeat offender of CAM Physical Theraphy and Wellness Center because CAM does their job and does it well. I had knee surgery in July 2020 and the the team took care of me in time for me to compete in an October annual 3K Zach Run at Maryland University that I have done for the past 10 years. A few of the therapist participated with me too. I made a return visit because I needed to strengthen unused muscles not used due to Covid. The team has not let me down. Upon my arrival Nancy ensures I am logged in and temperature taken, MJ or Brennon ensure I break a sweat, even though they remain constant with my workouts and necessary muscle relief techniques they take the time to ask if I had any changes that may have occurred over the weekends or if I have developed any additional aches because of the increase in my strength training activities. From lifting weights, to monster walks with a "growl" 😀 Don't ask!!! They ensure the process is constant and consistent. Each team member does their speciality well, however Fernando is the key! He ensures that the routines and equipment are in place so you don't have time to take a break and think..did I really do that! My experience has been great! The facility is "Covid" clean and safe. I am glad I am able to return to a safe and caring environment in my neighborhood where I receive the "total wellness" to get back to my daily activities. If you have any aches and pains I would recommend CAM as the place to go! Lasting friendships and healthy physical repairs is what you take home. Thank you CAM for a job well done!! Keep the light on..."

This was my second go-round with CAM-Laurel, and my first rehab experience with them is what brought me back. While the larger organization does tend rotate its staff around their different locations over time, I have never met a staffer that wasn't knowledgeable, courteous, professional-- and yet still friendly and engaging. Their hiring rubric is clearly one of the organization's strengths. One of the common threads among them is a kind of geeky appreciation for the mechanics of anatomy. . . as a group, they clearly love how the body works, and what's needed to fix its malfunctions. The facility itself hits a nice sweet spot where it's big enough/equipped enough to accommodate a full-on, active workout without feeling cramped or constrained, but also small enough to feel friendly and unimposing. [I've experienced both ends of that spectrum in other venues, and cannot speak well of either--.] Am I delighted to be functioning better than I have in years? OMG, yes-- But will I miss my pals on their team (Rob, Chris, Nate, Ashley, Dr. Anu, Naomi, and Alyssa)? Oh, no question-! Highly, highly recommended."

"I did telemed PT and actually worked with therapists from several offices. I learned a lot about my condition and how important it is not to push through pain while doing the exercises. I felt very taken care of -- I appreciated the evaluations during my time with CAM - it helped me to better see my progress. I also feel that if I started to have problems again, I would contact CAM in a minute. They have the expertise, they are sensitive to their patients and respectful of other health conditions, easy to schedule. I liked that they would send me updated versions of my exercise program. The staff are funny and light hearted when it comes to their patients. They make it an enjoyable and by the time you know it, it's time for you to go. "Great service! The staff is very well trained, friendly, and caring. I was able to schedule my first appointment within 2 days, very efficient. I was in treatment for 2 months for a lower back injury and ciatica, going 3 times a week on the first month then 2 times a week on the second month. I had reavaluations throughout the treatment to come up with the best treatment plan. Bianca (the receptionist that usually was there at evening time) is very helpful, always finding the best appointment hours to fit my schedule, and also helped me a lot with insurance details. Apoorva and Ashley, my physical therapists were very caring and made all the difference to help me recover from my back injury. I definitely recommend this place!"

"I am grateful to Dr. Darshana Boricha for giving me the best physical therapy at CAM Silver Spring. During the first visit, Dr. Boricha listened attentively to my explanation of my health problem, and asked to see the CD of my MRI exam. The therapy started with some easy forms, then continued as she directed, based on my improvement. At each visit she watched my practice, corrected my mistakes and gave me assistance if needed. Because of her outstanding competency, carefulness and patience, I am feeling great improvement to my health. When I needed to take a break from therapy, Dr. Boricha gave me a Home Exercise Plan with full explanations. She pointed out the importance of being aware of how long we sit, and our posture while sitting. I had never cared about this in the past. I am now following her valuable instructions, to keep my back pain from getting worse. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Boricha. Special thanks to Ms. Claudia Escudero, Front Office Coordinator. She is very friendly and helpful. The office is beautifully decorated, and I was very comfortable in the waiting room... although I never had to wait long for my therapy. Thank You for attempting to help me reach out to my case worker with documents from the Dr's reports recommending additional therapy of gentle inside biking and walking on a treadmill to enhance the Physical Therapy regimen that I am currently receiving. This will allow me better mobility as well as trying to keep my pain @ a minimum."

"This experience has been fantastic. In the last 2 years, I have had physical therapy provided by 3 different organizations (2 in Maryland and 1 in Florida). CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services has been by far the most rewarding. Their staff is phenomenal --- very professional, while at the same time being sensitive to the patients' needs. If the needed exercise program requires more than the hour allotted on any given day, then you will continue until you are finished, unless you feel that you need to stop. Unlike some of the other companies, which go by the clock and says your time is up. I truly look forward to going to my physical therapy sessions, even though they challenge me. "I love and appreciate this place. Healing a pinched nerve and bulging disc and instead of using surgery, CAM is helping me to getting stronger and heal using the power of stretching and exercise. CAM did help me restore my mobility to walk and balance myself from the complications of a hip contusion. for that i'm grateful. my 1 criticism is they get too crowded with patients and the flow of productive activity has gaps. it's like being in a busy restaurant where some servers are not watching what the customer may be needing. perhaps this may be symptomatic of other centers as well. other than that, I'm doing well. thanks to CAM THERAPY."

"For over 5 years I've been living with severe pain due to a surgery that caused several negative complications...more pain than before the surgery. I had 2 other failed surgeries and I lost count on how many nerve blocks I had. No doctor ever referred me to physical therapy. I know people who went to physical therapy and had good results. I found CAM PT online and read all about the program and the reviews. One review sounded similar to my condition. The person said after 3 months, they started to feel better and became able to do activities they could not do for years. I called CAM PT that day in February 2019 and scheduled my appointment at the Silver Spring facility. I arrived at CAM PT, barely able to walk let alone stand for more than 10 minutes. I was welcomed immediately by Dr/ Rhianna Green, who took me to a room and made sure I was comfortable while doing the admission paperwork. Dr. Green went right to work on me as soon as we finished the paperwork, she examined me and knew exactly what was wrong. I actually felt a little better after my first session. I'm slowly recovering, feeling better than when I first started, and will not give up. I now feel hope thanks to Dr. Green and all the staff too. Each staff member works well together/teamwork, which makes the environment healing, calm, and happy. Thank you, Dr. Green and all the staff members. I would definitely recommend the Silver Spring CAM PT to all my family and friends. "

"I went to the Glendale office for physical therapy. At first, I didn't think that my knee was getting any better; but, I was told that I needed to do my exercises at home as well as in the office. By the end of the third week, I felt so much better. My knee was no longer hurting and I could walk without getting tired. Therapy really works!! "I am a patient at CAM Hyattsville, MD. I had my knee replaced twice and have been having a hard time with my knee. Since I have been coming to CAM my pain level has decreased and the swelling has decreased. I have a ways to go, but am thankful for their patience with me and the time that they take working with me. They listen to me so that they know where the pain is and the best thing to do to help me. They don’t treat me like one size fits all. Nancy is so kind at the front desk. Sometimes, taking the pain medicine, I get my appointments mixed and she will call and asking I am coming and work with me so that I can still be seen. I am so happy to have found them. The initial evaluation, which was more comprehensive than those that I had had at other practices, provided a solid basis for the staff to determine the appropriate treatment plan for me. The staff was excellent—very professional and caring. The one-on-one time that they spent with me, on teaching the exercises and observing whether I completed them correctly, was more beneficial and extensive than what I had received at other practices. "I've been attending Cam physical therapy for awhile. The entire staff treats you like family. They demonstrate the care and kindness to make you feel comfortable. "Thanks to the Maintenance Program offered by CAM Physical Therapy, the quality of my life has improved beyond measure. I was referred to CAM by my doctor to remedy the pain that I was experiencing in my buttocks, thighs and calves. Once the series of 10 sessions began, I discovered that much of my discomfort was due to the lack of right physical activity in those areas. I thought myself to be a very active and strong person whose strength, stamina and endurance could only be matched by very few my age (73). But what I didn't realize that my body was experiencing more atrophy than I imagined. The therapists at CAM tailored activities that eliminated the pain by getting me to use those areas more than I had been. And, I noticed that as I began getting more acquainted with and using my body more, my quality of life was improving greatly. Simple functions like sitting, standing, lifting, bending, walking, and climbing stairs were easier. I work hard in the maintenance program under the watchful eye of caring therapists. My strength and stamina are continuing to improve; my heart is 15-20% stronger; my balance is so much better; doing small thing such has standing to wash dishes, sitting at my desk or on the sofa, bending to tie my shoes, standing on one leg at a time to put on my underwear or pants, restful sleep, and ability to drive long distances or sit on airplanes without cramping have greatly improved. More than I expected. Yes, I'm still getting older, but CAM is helping me to stay young longer. Yesterday the guys on the golf course were suggesting that I need to pee in a bottle because I must be on something to hit the ball with the 40 year olds. Yes, I'm high on something alright, and it's CAM's maintenance program. Try it. They are flexible; I go when I want and as often as I want and they always welcome me. The $50 per month is the best deal in the world and I'm treated with the same attention that I got when I was under the doctor's instruction and being paid by the insurance company."

The CAM staff works seamlessly with my surgeon's, Dr. Pyfrom's, staff to provide me with the best care. "I came to CAM Physical Therapy in some of the worse pain of my life. Sometimes I hurt so badly, I was unable to even describe it's level. "I fell off a motorcycle and dislocated both my shoulders and fractured my arm. My orthopedic surgeon told me that I might not be able to reach over my head again. After maybe three months at this place I now have full motion and Im reaching over my head, grabbing ceilings, doing everything. Dr. Malik Parker was super thorough and made an exercise regiment for me to do at home and pushed me at the therapy office. I can say that the physical therapy office is definitely the "pain room" but Dr. Parker would actually work with you and not push you further than you could go yourself and listened. I myself, wanted to go as hard as I could cause I was dedicated and focused to having my arms surpass where they even were before the accident. The staff was very kind, everyone was warm and welcoming. It is a cool environment. I felt kinda sad when I was done, like I lost some friends. They gave had snacks, they even gave away food right there for Thanksgiving. You could come in and eat. It was just a cool and welcoming environment. I am very thankful for all the assistance they gave to me. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone."

I was determined not to have surgery right now. I could not walk, sit or sleep without pain. "I'm a 27yr old male and I started going to C.P.T around two months ago, I had a terrible herniated disk that caused my right foot to have "drop foot" witch means it was basically paralyzed and thought my only option was surgery. When a friend that was a current patient recommended them, I gave it a shot not knowing what I would get out of it. It was hands down one of the best decisions I've made in my life. "The place, people and enviornment is so friendly. Everybody has a great since of humor but with that did a great job getting me back to 100%. I am a RN and a paramedic and in April I had to have surgery to repair my rotator cuff, well needless to say they got me back in under 3 months.   • Every team member is very friendly, respectful with ALL patients. It is the most "democratic" facility I've been to.
  • I was so impressed that as soon as I arrived to the room, whoever was free, would greet me and ask me if I need coffee/tea/water.
  • Every employee is very smart and has good sense of humor. I liked how Ashley would call me "overachiever", when I doubled my exercise duration.
  • The cozy facility brings out the most creativity from everyone. I was in awe to see how many useful exercises can be performed by using smartly a door and an elastic band.
  • Wes Boling is truly a miracle maker. He was the first physical therapist who could fine tune the exercises for my needs.

At age 57 (in 2007), I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and was told to limit the weight that I carry to 14 lbs, and to avoid sudden movements because I could break my back even just by sneezing or coughing. From this time on, my grandchildren knew that I can't play with them, and my husband took over many of my house chores.

Almost a decade later, luckily I was assigned to Wes for physical therapy. He examined me, and pointed out that I have hypermobility which would require adjustments to the typical exercises. He gave me detailed instructions on how to perform my exercises correctly, and in very short time I was able to do, safely, movements that I couldn't do for a decade.

In addition, each time I have pain in my shoulder, hip etc. he presses and pulls on the correct location, and the pain suddenly disappears. It feels like a miracle to me :). I hope that Wes will have energy and time for my future treatments as well.

I wish that I could go to CAM for my exercises, even when I'm not feeling pain!

I know in owning a business, you many times hear from customers, but sadly it is usual negative information. I would like to do the opposite, Dr Wes Boling has been my primary PT to help me thru my hip replacement. I had my left hip done 11 years ago and my right one May 25th. I thought I knew what to expect from my out patient PT, but I as wrong. Wes is outgoing, engaging, knowledgeable and what a great massage therapist. I am further along at 9 weeks in my recovery, than I was last time, and it is all attributed to Dr Boling.
